Please note that Online Registration for the District Confernce will end at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 16.

You can of course still register and pay on site at the District Confernce on Saturday at the Registration Counter, Regal Airport Hotel.

Conference Registrar PP William Chan will be happy to help if you have any question.

Charges & Options

Rotarians and Paying Guests

The full price is $1800 _HK for the two days including the Governor's Banquet

Rotarians from Mongolia are entitled to a Discount of 40%
Rotarians from Macau are entitled to a Discount of 20%

For Rotarian's not attending the Conference (Banquet only) the charge is $1600 _HK each.
For Guests of Rotarians (including the Banquet) the charge is $1600_HK each.

Early Bird Discount

of $100 _HK is available on full price payment for Rotarians and Paying Guests until 15th April 2012

Governor's Banquet

The number of persons per table is 12. A table booking automatically means a table of 12 persons.
We will also have the Premium

Platinum Tables for a minimum of 12 Full Program participants plus an extra HK$6,000.
Diamond Tables for a minimum of 12 Full Program participants plus an extra HK$4,000.

Availability is on a 'first come first served' basis. If you want a better view and be closer to the action consider selecting these tables.

Spouse and Family Program

$1000 _HK is charged for each Family or Spouse who attends the Conference.
This entitles family members to all the conference meetings, including meals and the Governor's Banquet.
In addition items in the Spouse and Family Program are available to them at no additional cost, during the conference period.

Rotaractors

For Rotaractors the price is set at $200 HK for the two days, and excludes meals and does not include the Governor's Banquet.
Some may wish to stay for meals and so the structure is as below.

Conference Day Program without meals - $200
Conference Day Program with meals (no Governor's Ball) - $900
Full Conference Program including Governor's Ball.- $1,600

Details of Club sponsorship for the programs will be released when available.

The Registration program will apply the appropriate discounts and fees automatically if you make the appropriate selection for membership and Club etc.

*You must select your Area and Club to see the reduction for Macau and Mongolia

Registration ~ Welcome

Fellow Rotarians, Interactors and Friends.

We are very honoured to be the first one to greet you at the registration website of the 52nd District Conference, 2012.

To serve you as an ambassador of the Conference, we understand that you have high expectation on the quality of our work. We are committed to make the Conference registration a happy and user-friendly experience. We have implemented for your convenience a full Online registration and payment facility. This not only saves everyone valuable time on registration and payment, it also helps the Organizing Committee to plan and implement all banqueting and logistics arrangements more efficiently.

What's more - Early bird Catches The Worm!

All participants successfully registered on or before March 1, 2012 will each enjoy an Early Bird Discount of HKD100.

Should you have any queries, I can be reached by email or telephone. We pledge to give all participants timely updates through email before the Conference so that you will share the joy and excitement in the run-up of the Conference.

Our young Rotaractors will once again impress the Rotary World with their enthusiasm and commitment. They will be the cornerstone of this year's registration works. We sincerely thank everyone who gives his/ her support for the registration works.

Registration: How and why you need to ..

The District Conference in 2012 requires candidates to register before the event.

The registration process include the payment for the Conference and the recording of your contact details.

This will allow Delegates to be informed of any changes by our Registrar PP Willian Chan and for the budgeting for the Conference to be more efficient.

Payments wil be On-Line and to simplify things Group Registrations are available,

Various incentives are available for early and group bookings and these will be announced by our Chair PP Vincent Lam and published here.

The cost this year is as last year $1800 HK per member and an Early Bird Discount is available of $100 per Delegate.
Priority tables will be available to members who book early.

First please become a member of the website by creating and account. This only needs to be done once. Next time just use your username to Log In.
Go to Registration then choose Member Access then select Create an Account
The pop up panel for Member Access can be used instead for speed and convienience but some Browsers have trouble using it. The above should work reliably.

The website will send you an email to confirm your account ~ so we know its you ~ and then you can go ahead with Registration.

If you are ready to book then please select Registration from the top menu, then Select Register Here and Choose the District Conference

Once you are registered in the system you will receive your receipt and also your Log On details, this will enable us to make available information and material to you from the website. Your Log On will be unique and allows you to modify your booking.

We are available to help with any query and will set up assistants in your area to assist with the Registration Process.
