Networking

District Conference is the most major District events of the Rotary Year where all Rotarians come together under one roof for the sharing of information, making new contacts and renewing old friendships.

In short, it is an effective way to meet people and update your own profile, and at the same time, an efficient way to expand your network.

Inspirational Address

This year, and for the first time ever, the RI President is coming to our District Conference!
Meet RI President Kalyan Banerjee who joined Rotary in 1972.

By the time he arrives at our District Conference, he will be celebrating his 40 years of dedicated membership in Rotary. What attracts him to be a Rotarian for all these years? What were his most memorable moments in Rotary? As a Chemical Engineer, did his vocation help him in any way while doing community service?

What kind of questions would you like to ask our RI President?

As the world gains through our community commitment in service, our greatest gain is friendship through Rotary.

There is never a quiet moment if you put a group of Rotarians in the same room. We enjoy each other's company, because we share similar values. Imagine if there is a machine that collects and measures the noise level we make during the two days conference, what outlandish level it would be!

Book Donation 400 books and magazines with variety of choices to read such as educational, foreign language and novels in Mongolian, English, Korean, Japanese and Russian
Book Donation & Rotaract club of National University of Mongolia RAC We looked around the children’s room and sport hall to see how they live their everyday life
Book Donation When we just gave all the books, children started opening books from the boxes and said cannot wait to read them.

Donation Week Kids were so delighted to find out nice painting in their bodies and they played many word, puzzle games with our members.

Global Dignity Day Mongolian Rotaractors are a logistic team. This day has been celebrated for last 3 years in Mongolia aiming to promote dignity for youth.
Global Dignity Day Dignity is not only crucial for individuals, but it is also responsibility toward other members of society.

Global Dignity Day Ceremony organized at National History Museum. Companies that swore the oath included 16 leading local and foreign investment companies.

Clamming and Barbecue Our first Club Service event, Clamming and Barbecue in the Summer, jointly organised with the Rotaract Club of New Territories in Lantau Island.
“Love • Smile Project” Rotaract Club of Victoria has organised a series of activities targeted on children who suffer from cleft lips and palate. A seminar and an art handicraft workshop were held with full of support and appreciation from participants. Other activities including Christmas party with elderly, Chinese New Year celebration and fun day in Ocean Park are coming soon. Let's stay tuned!

Community Service Children's English Time In March 2011, our club has organized a service project which taught the children from low-income families some English vocabulary.
Community Service We taught them English through various kinds of interactive activities, such as cookie making and mass games.

R (1) Our Rotaractors expressed our District’s great hospitality to welcome Rotarians & Rotaractors from RID 2710, we communicated with body language and smiling faces.

R (2) 25 delegates from RID 3450 had a great time together in APRRC 2011 and proudly represented our District in Subic Bay, the Philippines.
