District Conference 2012

Welcome to the Member Access Page

We have provided a Create an Account Button for those who are just joining our registration website.

You must become a Member of the Website before you can Register anyone for the Conference.

Many of you may already have a Facebook Account, if you prefer you can use this to Log In, then you can keep the same passwords etc. The choice is yours, your passwords are not readable to anyone and the processing is done on Facebook.

If you have registered before, welcome back, you are a member. Just enter the Username and Password and you will have full access to the website.

If you are ready to make a booking then please select Registration from the top menu, of the Events  Choose the District Conference

Once you are registered in the system you will receive your receipt and details, this will enable us to make available information and material to you from the website.
Your Log On will be unique and allows you to modify your booking.

We are available to help with any query and will set up assistants in your area to assist with the Registration Process.

Can I register other people for the conference?

Yes you can. During the Registration we ask if it for one person or a group.
If you select group you may enter each member in turn, each member will get an email with their details to the address for each that you provide.
In addition the Registering member will get a detailed bill for the event. They will be able to revisit and amend their Reservation or Registrations.
