I cannot reset my password
If you get a message when you try and reset your password saying your Token is Invalid, please check the following.
- Did you use the same email address that you registered with initially?
- The system checks your request for a reminder against its register of email addresses, it will send the token to the email you put in the reminder box.
If they are not the same your Token will fail.

- Have you used the same Username?
- This is the Username you used when you first registered. It could look like this:
Peter.Chan
