We realize that not everyone can use their Visa and Mastercard OnLine.

In particular those from Macau and Mongolia are experienceing trouble with the normal PayPal service.
Unfortunately this is due to factors beyond our control, although as soon as it is rectified we will update the website.

You can still register On-Line only your account will be marked as Pending until the payment has been processed by RIC.

You can check your status anytime by selecting : Registration / Change your Booking

You can pay any outstanding dues by selecting : Registration / Change your Booking
