Rotary Foundation

The 52nd District Conference is set for the weekend of May 19-20, 2012 at the Regal Airport Hotel.

The District Conference is the most important annual district event because it provides opportunities to enjoy fellowship, to renew friendship with acquaintances, to showcase service projects, to celebrate achievement of the year, to recognize generous Foundation supporting clubs and Rotarians, and to share a vision of Rotary beyond the club level.



This year, District 3450 has made a historical breakthrough.

RI President Kalyan Banerjee has accepted the invitation of DG David Harilela to grace our district conference with his presence.

This is super good news for us! Each individual Rotarian should be proud of having the RI President present at this significant district occasion. 



Throughout the Rotary year, RI President travels around the Rotary world, visiting districts, projects and fundraisers, observing the progress of the US$200 Million Challenge, polio eradication and many good works done by Rotarians. RI President Banerjee must have a lot to share with us in his keynote speech during the 2 plenary sessions.

Certainly it will be a great 'miss' in your Rotary life if you are not part of this district conference. 

Another chance to get very close to our respectful RI President Banerjee is to be recognized by him as a Foundation donor in the Foundation Lunch program.

This year, the Foundation Lunch will be located at the main lobby floor. The recognition will definitely draw the attention of other hotel guests. 

The Rotary Foundation changes lives. Through the resources and programs of our Foundation, Rotarians carry out sustainable projects to benefit the people in need. Your contribution is key to make it possible.
